Eligibility
The L'IAS AI Innovation Challenge is open exclusively to legal residents of France who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of L'Intelligence Artificielle Solutions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
Contest Period
The contest entry period begins on September 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM Central European Time (CET) and concludes on October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM CET. All entries must be received within this timeframe to be considered valid. Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date will be disqualified.
How Winner is Chosen
One (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) Runner-Up winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 7th, 2024. The drawing will include all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selection process will be conducted by L'Intelligence Artificielle Solutions or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the contest.
Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form within approximately seven (7) business days following the random drawing. Winners may be required to respond to the notification within a specified time period (e.g., 72 hours) and potentially complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legally permissible) to claim their prize. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of L'Intelligence Artificielle Solutions. Entrants also agree to release and hold harmless L'Intelligence Artificielle Solutions from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance/use of any prize. L'Intelligence Artificielle Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
